Tropical smoothie

Smoothies are so delicious, nutritious and there are so many combinations. You can have a smoothie for breakfast, lunch and even the occasional dinner. A smoothie a day will definitely help to keep a smile on your face and your tummy full with goodness.

Tropical smoothie (serves 2)

Bottom layer
1/4 cup frozen mango
1/2 small papaya
1/4 cup pineapple
1/4 cup Natural Raw C coconut water

Blend well and then add a layer of passionfruit pulp (2 passionfruits)

Top layer
1/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup plain natural yoghurt (or jalna coconut yoghurt if you want to make it dairy free)
1/4 cup Natural Raw C coconut water
Top with fresh berries
