Christmas survival guide: How to survive the silly season

It’s almost the end of the year and I don’t know about you but things aren’t slowing down yet. I’ve got social events coming out of my wazoo, looming deadlines at work, heaps of organising to do, new clients coming on board and projects to finalise. I am swamped but there’s no way I’m going to let it all get to me this time. I’ve experienced burn out in the past and it’s nasty.
